Requirements

The TV must be a Tizen-enabled digital signage commercial display.
A stable and reliable internet connection is essential.

How to Install the Player App on Tizen OS 📺

Steps to Install:-

⚡ Power ON the TV.
Ensure the TV is properly connected to a power source and switched on. If connected via HDMI, click on the Source button.
🏠 Click the Home Icon.
Press the Home button on your remote.
📋 Access the Menu.
Click the Menu button to open the settings.
🛠️ Navigate to Support.
Go to the Support section, then select Contact Samsung.
📄 Check Product Details and Tizen Version:
Under Contact Samsung, view the product information to get the model code.

🔙 Return to the System Menu:
Choose the System option and select Startup Setup.
Set your PIN (default PIN is 000000).
Click Enter and set the language to English.
🌐 Configure Network Settings:
Connect to your Wi-Fi network as per your setup requirements.
📐 Set Display Orientation:
Choose the display orientation: Landscape, Auto, or Portrait as per your choice.
📦 Choose Player Section:
Select Custom App from the Player Section menu.
Enter the URL for your app as per the Tizen version mentioned in Step 6.
✔️ Proceed to Install:
Click the Right Arrow Icon to move forward.
🖥️ Connect to RM Server:
Leave the RM server settings as default and skip this step.
🔄 Set Auto Power Off:
Turn Auto Power Off to Off, or configure it as needed.
🕒 Set Current Date & Time:
Ensure the correct date and time are configured. Update if necessary.
🔐 Set a PIN:
Set a PIN of your choice (default PIN is 000000).
If connected via HDMI, click on the Source option.
💻 Go to Custom App:
Navigate to Custom App and press OK.
The app will be automatically installed.
🖥️ Pair the Screen:
A pairing code will appear on the screen.
Follow the pairing documentation: Pair a New Screen.
🎶 Publish a Playlist:
Once the screen is paired, publish a playlist to complete the setup.

Now your TizenOS TV is fully configured, and the Player App is installed and ready for use! 🎉\

How to install the player app in TizenOS📺 via USB.

Steps to install :-

⚡ Power ON the TV.

📋 Access the Menu.
Click the Menu button to open the settings.
🛠️ Navigate to Support.
Go to the Support section, then select Contact Samsung.

Under Contact Samsung, view the product information to get the model code.

📥 Links of the Player App Based on Your Tizen Version:
- For Tizen OS v4-6.5:
  Create a folder named SSSP and follow these steps:
  1. Download the Wilyer Player and save it to the folder:
    https://app.wilyer.com/tizen/new-v6/WilyerPlayer.wgt
  2. Navigate to https://app.wilyer.com/tizen/new-v6/sssp_config.xml.
    Copy the code from the URL page and save it in a new file named sssp_config.xml inside the folder.
- For Tizen OS v7.0:
  Download the ZIP file and extract it. Rename the extracted folder to SSSP:
  https://app.wilyer.com/tizen/v7/Archive.zip
After creating the folder and saving the files as per the Tizen version, move the folder to your external storage device (USB or pen drive).
🔙 Return to the System Menu:
Choose the System option and select Startup Setup.

Set your PIN (default PIN is 000000).

Click Enter and set the language to English.
🌐 Configure Network Settings:
Connect to your Wi-Fi network as per your setup requirements.
📐 Set Display Orientation:
Choose the display orientation: Landscape, Auto, or Portrait as per your choice.
📦 Choose Player Section:
Select Custom App from the Player Section menu.
Skip the input field blank and move forward.
✔️ Proceed to Install:
Click the Right Arrow Icon to move forward.
🖥️ Connect to RM Server:
Leave the RM server settings as default and skip this step.
🔄 Set Auto Power Off:
Turn Auto Power Off to Off, or configure it as needed.

💻 Go to Custom App:
Navigate to Custom App and press OK.
If you encounter a popup error stating, The server URL is invalid, simply press OK to dismiss the popup. This is a standard step in the setup process, and you can proceed without entering a server URL at this time.
🔐 Goto App Management:
(Note:- Make sure to plug the external USB device )
Select Install from USB Device option.
🔐 App Management:
Click Set up Now and press OK
🔐 Set New Pin
On the popup window, enter a new PIN.
The app will be automatically installed.

A pairing code will appear on the screen.

🎶 Publish a Playlist:
Once the screen is paired, publish a playlist to complete the setup.

Remove the Existing Player App on TizenOS 📺

Steps to Remove:-

(If the existing Player App is playing, press Exit to stop it.)

📋 Open the Menu:
Press the Menu button on the remote control to access the settings menu.
⚙️ Select System:
Navigate to the System option.
🗑️ Empty Storage:

Move to the General section and select the Empty Storage option.

A confirmation modal will appear. Confirm by selecting Delete All Files.
🔙 Return to Support Options:

Press the Menu button again to go back to the settings menu. Navigate to the Support section.
🔄 Reset All Settings:
Select the Reset All option. A confirmation modal will appear. Confirm the reset to restore factory settings.

After completing these steps, the existing Player App and all associated data will be removed from your TizenOS TV.
