- The TV must be a WebOS-enabled digital signage commercial display.
- A stable and reliable internet connection is essential.
How to Install the Player App on WebOS 📺
Steps to Install:-

⚡ Power ON the TV.
Ensure the TV is properly connected to a power source and switched on. -
⚙️ Press the Settings Option.
Access the settings menu using the remote control to configure your TV. -
🖥️ Navigate to EZ Setting.
Go to theEZ Setting
menu and selectSI Server Setting
to proceed with further configuration. -
🛠️ Click on SI Server Setting Again.
In the SI Server Setting’s inner modal, click on it once more to access the configuration fields. -
📝 Fill in the Required Fields:
- Fully Qualified Domain Name: Toggle this option to
ON
. Enter the following URL in the respective field:
https://app.wilyer.com/webos/lg.ipk - Secure Connection: Select
HTTPS
. - SI Server IP: Enter
0000
or leave it as default. - Port Number: Enter

or leave it as default. - Application Launch Mode: Choose
Local
from the available options. - Application Type: Choose

from the available options. - Location Application Upgrade: Choose
Remote

✅ Confirm Remote Upgrade:
Upon selectingRemote
, a confirmation modal will appear.
Click onConfirm
to apply and upgrade the settings. -
🔄 Restart the TV.
After completing the setup, restart the TV to apply the configuration. -
🖥️ Pair the Screen.
Upon restart, a pairing code will appear on the screen.

🎶 Publish a Playlist:
Once the screen is paired, publish a playlist to it to complete the setup.

Now your WebOS TV is fully configured to install and launch the Player App seamlessly! 🎉
Remove the Existing Player App on WebOS 📺
Steps to Remove:-

🏠 Press the Home Icon.
Navigate to the home menu by pressing the Home button on the remote. -
⚙️ Press the Settings Icon.
Open the settings menu by selecting the gear icon on the screen. -
👤 Go to the Admin Section.
Scroll down to theAdmin
section and navigate to theFactory Reset
option. -
✅ Perform Factory Reset:
Click on theFactory Reset
option.A confirmation modal will appear.
Click on
Confirm
to apply and reset the TV to factory settings.
After completing these steps, the Player App and all related configurations will be removed from your WebOS TV.
