1. The Device should operate on the Ubuntu Linux OS.
2. A stable and reliable internet connection is essential.

How to Install the Player App on Ubuntu 🐧

Steps to Install:-

1. ⚡ Power ON the Device.
   Ensure the Device is properly connected to a power source and switched on.
2. 🌐 Open the Browser
   Navigate to the following URL to download the Wilyer Player:
   https://app.wilyer.com/linux/arm64/wilyer-player_1.0.1_arm64.deb
3. 🖥️ Launch the Terminal
   After the download is complete, open the terminal and run the following command to install the package:

sudo dpkg -i <path-to-wilyer-player>

For example, if the downloaded Wilyer Player App is in the Downloads folder, use:

sudo dpkg -i ~/Downloads/wilyer-player_1.0.1_arm64.deb

4. 🔑 Enter Password for Confirmation
   When prompted, input your system’s administrator password to confirm the installation process.

5. 🖥️ Open the Wilyer Player App
   Close the terminal after the installation is complete.
   Click on the Show Applications icon (grid menu) in your system.
   Search for Wilyer Player in the search bar.
   Click on the Wilyer Player app to launch it.
   

6. 🖥️Pair the Screen
   A pairing code will appear on the screen. Follow the pairing documentation: Pair a New Screen

7. 🎶Publish a Playlist
   Once the screen is paired, publish a playlist to complete the setup. Follow the playlist publishing documentation: Publish a Playlist.

How to Uninstall the Player App on Ubuntu 🐧

Steps to Uninstall:-

1. ⚡ Power On the Device
   Ensure your Device is connected to a power source and switched on.

2. 🖥️ Launch the Terminal
   Open the terminal and execute the following command to remove the Wilyer Player app:

sudo apt remove wilyer-player

3. 🔑 Enter Password for Confirmation
   When prompted, type in your system’s administrator password and press Enter to confirm the uninstallation process.

🎉 Success! The Wilyer Player App has been successfully uninstalled from your device.
